Embedded Labworks offers training, consulting and software development services for embedded systems.
  • Training: We offer training focused on software development for embedded systems, including embedded Linux, Linux device drivers, Linux debugging, Yocto Project, embedded Android, Android debugging, FreeRTOS, version control with Git, etc.
  • Consulting: We provide consultancy at all stages of the development, including requirements and technical specification definitions, designing the software architecture, code review and software quality control, security flaw analysis and penetration testing (pentest) on embedded devices, etc.
  • Development: We are specialists in BSP development and can assist with porting applications and operating systems to different hardware platforms, development and customization of Linux systems with Buildroot and OpenEmbedded/Yocto Project, development of solutions with real-time operating systems (FreeRTOS, Zephyr, etc.), device drivers development, etc.

Sergio Prado is a founding member of Embedded Labworks, has been working with embedded systems for more than 25 years and has provided training for more than 100 companies worldwide (Samsung, LG, Qualcomm, Ford, Bosch, Continental, etc).

He is active in the free software community and has collaborated with several projects, including Buildroot, the Yocto Project, and the Linux kernel. He is also a speaker at international conferences, including Embedded Linux Conference, Yocto Project Summit, ESC Silicon Valley, Open Source Summit Latin America and Embedded World.
